  • Why has my trade been declined?

Why has my trade been declined?

If you’re here, it means that your trade was declined. We want to apologize for any inconveniences caused. However, we want to assure you that we did not use your card.

To find out why your trade was declined, click on the declined trade on the app.

Here are reasons why your trade has been declined and our proffered solution:

    • The card has been used

This simply means that someone else already used the card, and if the card has already been used, you cannot trade it with us unfortunately, as we cannot trade an already used card. You can contact the store where you purchased the card, and they will provide you with a time-stamped record of when the card was used.

    • The card is invalid

If the card is invalid, it is probably because the code you entered is incorrect or the card has not been activated. Provide the correct card details and initiate trade again if you find out that the card details is incorrect, and activate the card if it has not been activated.

    • The card has Google issues

This means that the balance is intact but can only be accessed by the buyer, therefore, we are unable to trade a card that has Google issues. Please contact the card buyer to find out how this can be solved.

If you’re still not fully satisfied as to why your trade was declined, kindly send us an email at support@dtunes.ng and we will get back to you with a response or use the live chatbox on the app to chat with a customer care agent.

Remember, Swapto(Formerly Dtunes) dey for you!

  • Why is my Bitcoin trade pending?

Why is my Bitcoin trade pending?

Bitcoin transaction time varies. First confirmation takes about 5 -20 minutes, depending on priority level.

    There are different priority levels.

Times may also differ due to network conditions, so please be patient. Your trade will be confirmed as soon as possible.

  • Why is my trade edited?

    Why is my trade edited?

Digital assets have one thing in common – volatility! This is when the price of your assets change rapidly, usually per second. This is a market behavior that is associated with digital assets like your gift cards and cryptocurrencies, and it is not within our control.

Before the transaction was processed, the rate may have dropped from the previously offered rate, causing your trade to be edited to fit the new market rate. So always make sure to confirm your trade before initiating it.

Another reason why your trade was edited is because you did not pick the right category that matches your gift card. If you choose a wrong category for your gift card, your trade will be edited to suit the right gift card category.

However, to prevent future trade edits, be sure to select the right gift card category for your gift card before initiating a trade.
