Your bank account is important especially when your trade has been processed successfully. Of course you want to get paid. This is the bank account where you can make withdrawals to.

To add a bank account,

• Log into your account

• Go to “settings”

• Click on “Bank Account”

• Choose “Add New Bank Account”

You can choose the bank you would like to be added, input the account number, the account name automatically pops up, and you can go ahead to “Add Account“.

It’s as simple as that.

If you want to add another bank account, follow the same process described above.

Also provide a screenshot of your app profile, details of your recent trades, and a copy of your national ID for verification.

Have you been scammed? Absolutely not! If you requested for withdrawal and you haven’t received your money yet, calm ya chest!

Don’t worry, the problem is mostly with your bank. You know how Nigeria banks are!

However, if you want us to assure you that your withdrawal has been processed, kindly provide us with;

• A screenshot of your withdrawal
• Name as registered on the app
• Date of withdrawal
• Time of withdrawal
• Amount withdrawn
• Bank account details (account name and number) where the money was withdrawn to.
