    While the app is available for download on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, its functionalities,especially features like bank withdrawals and local bill payments are tailored to Nigerian users. ​

    If you are located outside Nigeria, you might not be able to access these features.

  • What Is The Minimum & Maximum Crypto I Can Trade?

    Swapto(Formerly Dtunes) has set specific minimum deposit amounts for each cryptocurrency to ensure smooth and successful processing. These minimums help prevent failed transactions or deposits that cannot be credited because the amount was too small for the blockchain to process.

    USDT exists on multiple networks such as Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), Binance Chain (BEP-20) and others.
    Before sending USDT to Swapto(Formerly Dtunes), always confirm that the network you are using is supported.
    Sending USDT through a network that is not supported by your receiving wallet may result in permanent loss of funds.

    Maximum trading limits:
    You can trade on Swapto(Formerly Dtunes) freely without KYC until your total transaction volume reaches five hundred thousand naira.
    After completing KYC, you can trade higher volumes without restriction.

    Why minimum amounts exist:
    Blockchain networks have transaction fees, and extremely small deposits may not confirm properly or may be too small to credit. Setting a minimum ensures every deposit arrives safely and is processed quickly.
