  • List Of Reasons Why a Gift Card Transaction Can Be Rejected

    To find out why your gift card was rejected, click on the declined trade on the app

    Here are reasons why your trade has been declined and our proffered solution:

    1. The card has been used

    This simply means that someone else already used the card, and if the card has already been used, you cannot trade it with us unfortunately, as we cannot trade an already used card. You can contact the store where you purchased the card, and they will provide you with a time-stamped record of when the card was used.

    2. The card is invalid 

    If the card is invalid, it is probably because the code you entered is incorrect or the card has not been activated. Provide the correct card details and initiate trade again if you find out that the card details are incorrect, and activate the card if it has not been activated.

    3. The card has Google issues

    This means that the balance is intact but can only be accessed by the buyer, therefore, we are unable to trade a card that has Google issues. Please contact the card buyer to find out how this can be solved.

    The sale rate will be displayed on the preview screen before you confirm the transaction.

  • What is the transaction fee for selling crypto on Swapto(Formerly Dtunes)?

    There is a small fee for selling crypto, which is shown during the preview before you confirm the sale. This only applies to selected cryptocurrencies. For USDT however, there is no transaction fee required.

  • Can I sell a fraction of my crypto balance or only the full amount?

    Yes, you can sell either a custom amount or the full balance of your crypto.
